This Privacy Policy explains how JedAI, a service operated by Finiloop, Inc. ("JedAI," "we," "us"), collects, uses, and protects information when you visit getjedai.com or interact with our demo, booking, and contact features. By using this website you agree to the practices described here.

This policy covers the getjedai.com website and the people who visit it (prospective practice owners and their teams). When JedAI is engaged by a healthcare practice and handles information about that practice's patients, that information is governed by the separate written agreement and Business Associate Agreement (BAA) we sign with the practice, not by this website policy. See "The JedAI product and patient data" below.

Information we collect

Information you give us. Your name, email address, phone number, practice details, and anything else you share when you book a call, send a message, start the live demo, or place a refundable founding deposit.
Voice demo. If you use "Talk to JedAI," your spoken audio is processed in real time by our voice technology provider to run the demonstration, and a recording of that demo session may be created so we can improve the experience.
Automatic information. Basic technical data such as your device and browser type, approximate location, and the pages you view, collected through privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics that measure traffic in aggregate and do not build personal profiles or track you across other websites.
Advertising measurement. If you reach us through an online advertisement, we and our advertising partners (such as Meta and Google) may use cookies, pixels, or similar technologies to measure how our ads perform. You can limit this through your browser settings and the ad-preference controls offered by those platforms.

How we use information

To respond to your inquiries and schedule and conduct your founding call.
To process and, where applicable, refund the $100 founding deposit.
To operate and improve the website and the demo.
To measure the performance of our marketing.
To meet legal, accounting, and security obligations.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Service providers we use

We share information only with the trusted providers that help us operate, each under their own privacy terms:

Vapi for the live voice demo.
Cal.com for scheduling your call.
Stripe for the refundable deposit. Stripe processes your payment details directly; we do not store your card information.
Plausible Analytics for privacy-friendly, cookieless website analytics.
Netlify for website hosting.
Meta and Google for advertising delivery and measurement, where applicable.

We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect our rights, safety, and the integrity of our service.

Data security

JedAI was built by a founder with a 20-year background in security and compliance. We apply least-privilege access, encrypt data in transit, and limit retention to what we actually need. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but protecting your information is a core design principle, not an afterthought.

Data retention

We keep the information you provide for as long as needed to respond to you, conduct your founding call, and meet our legal and accounting obligations, after which we delete or anonymize it. You can ask us to delete your information sooner (see "Your choices").

Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information, to opt out of certain processing, and to not be discriminated against for exercising these rights. To make a request, email contact-us@getjedai.com and we will respond within a reasonable time. You can also unsubscribe from any email we send by replying or using the link provided.

Children

This website is intended for business owners and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.

The JedAI product and patient data

When a healthcare practice engages JedAI, patient information is handled under a signed Business Associate Agreement (BAA) and our service agreement with that practice. Patient data stays under the practice's control, access is least privilege, and there is a full audit trail. That arrangement is separate from this website policy, and we are glad to walk any practice through the architecture on a call.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our service evolves. When we do, we will change the "Last updated" date above, and material changes will be reflected on this page.
